1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website, booking an appointment at our luxury salon, or enrolling in any Lash Rx training academy program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local Texas laws.
2. Salon Service Policies & Cancellations
Foreign Fills Policy: To maintain our gold standard of quality, safety, and hygiene, Lash Rx does not fix, refill, or touch up eyelash extension work performed by other salons or technicians. New clients arriving with existing extensions from another establishment must book a removal and a fresh full set.
Appointments & Retainers: We require valid payment information or a booking fee to secure salon appointments. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24–48 hours prior to your slot, or the appointment retainer fee may be forfeited.
Training Academy Enrollment & Deposits
Non-Refundable Deposits: To secure your seat in our high-demand training masterclasses (including Lash Certification, TDLR 320-Hour Licensing, Microblading, and Scalp Micropigmentation), a non-refundable deposit is required at registration ($599 for Lash Masterclass, $1,000 for SMP).
Tuition Balance: Remaining tuition balances are due in full prior to class graduation and the issuance of professional certificates or TDLR processing.
Student Responsibility: Students are responsible for verifying their own local state board or medical board regulations regarding licensing requirements prior to performing services professionally outside the State of Texas.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, original training manuals, student course curriculums, images, logos, graphics, and video media displayed on this website and within the Lash Rx Academy training facilities are the exclusive intellectual property of Lash Rx Spa LLC. Unauthorized duplication, distribution, or commercial use of our educational materials is strictly prohibited.
5. Revisions and Errors
The materials appearing on the Lash Rx website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Lash Rx does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are entirely accurate, complete, or current. We reserve the right to make changes to pricing structures, course dates, or service policies at any time without prior notice.
