The first day of training is an intense 2-4 hours session on The Fundamentals of Eyelash Extensions, Client Safety and Health to educate you on the important aspects of properly applying Eyelash Extensions.
The 2nd and 3rd days are designed to teach the professional techniques and fundamentals with clear and concise explanations on the skills and on the industry. We will talk about eyelash theory as it pertains to the craft of semi-permanent eyelash extensions, participate in a lash application exercise, and witness a live demo of the application process.
This is going to be an extremely “Hands On” training. Our instructors will conduct the training course with a small group of students to ensure that all students receive our full and undivided attention and the highest quality training provided today. By the end of the workshop, all attendees will have had hands-on experience and performed the procedures involved in applying eyelash extensions. We encourage all to learn with confidence and enthusiasm. We offer 1 free Follow Up Training within 90 days of completing the course, upon request.

A 50% deposit is required for the purchase of your Large Kit. Our Lash Rx kits take about 7-10 business days to arrive. You can provide services for up to 100 clients with all the products in your kit. Training must be scheduled within 7 days of the date your deposit is made. The remaining balance is due 5 days prior to your scheduled Training date. We offer 1 free Follow Up Training within 90 days of completing the course, upon request.

Group Private Training
Group training for your salon or spa is available. Lash Rx Eyelash Extension Trainers will travel to you. A group of 4 to 6 individuals can register at once to qualify for Private Salon training at your facility. LASH/RX Training Refund & Cancellation Policy:
Lash/RX is committed to providing you with the best training experience possible. Doing so requires advance planning and expenditures. Therefore, no full refunds on training fees or deposits will be given after the order is processed.
If you choose to re-schedule your class, you have up to one year from your original class date to pay the applicable administrative fee and take your training. A non-refundable administrative fee applies to re-scheduling requests.
State licensing requirements for the application of lash extensions vary from state to state and are subject to change without notice. We stress that it is incumbent upon you to confirm whether or not you are allowed to perform lash extensions in your state. It is the responsibility of each client to check with their individual state’s licensing department and their professional licensing board or agency to ensure they are allowed to perform semi-permanent eyelash extensions.

Section 1602.2571. Eligibility for a Specialty License in Eyelash Extension Application.
(a) A person holding a specialty license in eyelash extension application may perform only the practice of cosmetology defined in Section 1602.002(a)(12).
(b) To be eligible for a specialty license in eyelash extension application, an applicant must:
be at least 17 years of age;
have obtained a high school diploma or the equivalent of a high school diploma or have passed a valid examination administered by a certified testing agency that measures the person’s ability to benefit from training; and
(3) have completed a training program described by Section 1602.2572 that has been approved by the commission.
NOTE: ACTS 2011, 82nd LEG.; HB 2727, Section 9(b) and SB 1170 Section 29(b) reads:
A person is not required to hold a specialty license in eyelash extension application issued under Section 1602.2571, Occupations Code, as added by this Act, until June 1, 2012.
Section 1602.2572. Eyelash Extension Application Training Program.
(a) An eyelash extension application training program must include at least 320 hours of classroom instruction and practical experience, including at least eight hours of theoretical instruction, and include instruction in the following areas:
(1) recognizing infectious or contagious diseases of the eye and allergic reactions to materials;
(2) proper sanitation practices;
(3) occupational health and safety practices;
(4) eyelash extension application procedures; and
(5) eyelash extension isolation and separation procedures.
(b) An instructor at an eyelash extension application training program must comply with Section 1602.251(b).
(c) The commission shall adopt rules regarding eyelash extension application training programs and may establish or designate approved training programs.
Section 1602.258. Eligibility for a Specialty Certificate
(a) A person holding a specialty certificate may perform only the practice of cosmetology defined in Sections 1602.002(a)(2) through (4).
(b) To be eligible for a specialty certificate, an applicant must:
(1) be at least 17 years of age; and
(2) have the necessary requisites as determined by the department in the particular specialty for which certification is sought, including training through a commission-approved training program.
